Holly Stevens is a living, relatable example of just that. After major back surgery in middle school, she fell in love with running and years later, becoming a mom didn't stop her from it. In this episode you'll learn about Holly's super relatable (and DOABLE) approach to training while momming 2 kids and working part time, how pelvic floor physical therapy kept her from experiencing any issues despite back to back pregnancies, and what kept her motivated to train for and complete the Chicago Marathon!
