After a difficult birth experience and battling postpartum anxiety for over a year after her son was born, Kelly was sick of not feeling like herself. Even as a former two sport DI athlete that always loved fitness, that season was HARD. She eventually sought out support from a holistic health practitioner and that started Kelly on the road toward self healing through food as medicine.
Kelly has been working in the wine industry for 12 years, but her passion lies in health and wellness.
