It's Sunday evening, you just finished 3 hours of meal prep, you have your workout clothes laid out for tomorrow morning, there are 5 alarms set so you can wake up before the whole family to get an hour workout in, and you're excited, but a little anxious too because this is the 4th time you've restarted your journey this year.
Have you even been in this situation? Or one like it? Probably. Because for some reason we think that when it's time to lose weight, we have to go COLD TURKEY and do it ALL at once!

Moving is a big life event and can often throw us mamas for a loop. Well, our family just did a cross country move and while it had it's major ups and downs like any move, I was able to stay consistent in my journey during it.

My firstborn just turned 4, which means a short 4 years ago, my 5'8' frame was carrying 250 pounds. Over the course of a YEAR, I lost most of the 90 pounds I'd gained in my pregnancy.
So as I sit back, 4 years and another pregnancy and postpartum journey later, I have a few things I want to share with you.
