Doing months of Starting Point Sessions with moms one-on-one to help them identify ONE habit to get consistent with FIRST so they could build on that and get momentum going in their journeys and lose weight, I realized there were some missing pieces.

Lisa was feeling off in all areas of her journey — eating out most nights because it was easier, not really working out at all because that first year postpartum the schedule constantly changed, and not getting that time in the morning to do something for her because getting up earlier just wasn't working out.
The hardest part though — taking it all on at once only led to the up and down roller coaster of "change all the things and fall off after one mishap." She's not alone in this, but she CAN make lasting change by focusing on ONE area at a time.

It's been just over 3 weeks now in our new home, new city, new state...and it's been a MESSY transition. As messy as one would expect for the 2 hour time zone change, totally new environment, and as a family with toddlers, but my fitness and nutrition looked a lot different the past 3-4 weeks too.
This episode is going to take you behind the curtain of me working out (and not working out), my nutrition since moving, and what it was like getting "into a routine" here in our new home.
