Lisa was feeling off in all areas of her journey — eating out most nights because it was easier, not really working out at all because that first year postpartum the schedule constantly changed, and not getting that time in the morning to do something for her because getting up earlier just wasn't working out.
The hardest part though — taking it all on at once only led to the up and down roller coaster of "change all the things and fall off after one mishap." She's not alone in this, but she CAN make lasting change by focusing on ONE area at a time.
