If you know any part of my story, you KNOW that I am the opposite of someone who bounced back! But I want to give you perspective in this episode on this hot button topic — the messaging out there that pushes back on "bouncing back."
I've seen amazing things come from the movement that shares how forever changed moms physically can be after having babies, but I also have noticed certain things that aren't as beneficial, and we're digging into those today.
A different perspective, I know. But I also know that this will serve you, make you think, maybe make you a little uncomfortable, but you WILL grow from this — as a mom, wife, and friend — so be open to hearing my heart and let's gain some new perspective today, shall we?!
